Cut faux panel or HDF cabinet doors with classical ogee grooving bits. These bits can be used with a handheld router and template or in a CNC machine in production shops. The blades are C3 micro-grain premium carbide.

This grooving bit features a classical ogee profile and a 1-3/8" cutting diameter which is perfect for the rail and stile section of a CNC faux panel door profile. This bit has a total cutting depth of 9/16" and a 1/2" shank.

Very good. Cuts very clean, makes a good shape

This thing works very well. I bought it to add a profile to the stair skirt board I was forming and installing as well as the baseboards I was tying into. See the photos. I used it in conjunction with a Skil router table/router combo that I got on Amazon for 200 bucks. Just make sure to run multiple passes on the router table, increasing the cutting depth slightly with each pass until you reach the final depth.
