45 Degree Chamfer Edge Forming 1/2" Shank Router Bit

While chamfer bits are mostly used for edging, these 45 degree chamfer router bits with a 1/2" shank can also be used to create miter joints of various angles. Other available angle degrees are 11.25, 15, 22.5, 30 & 45. Cutting these angles into 2 adjoining pieces of wood will create miter joints of 22.5, 30, 45, 60 & 90 degrees respectively.

This bit will cut 4° bevels and chamfers at 3/4" deep and high. This chamfering bit will also create a 9° angle miter joint. Can be used with stock up to 3/4" thick. Two flute carbide cutters and 1/2" Shank.
