Unlike some of the other budget bits I have bought, you can readily download the specs and add to your cnc software. I'm very new to the cnc router game and not having to do that relieves so much stress. I'm still figuring out how to do that, and I can just rely on the experts for that data with this one.

I originally bought this to make a pen / pencil holder for my wife, who like to sketch ... it has 204 holes in the top, with matching pockets in the base, and it was made out of white oak ... the bit took care of that task very well (I used a spiral milling method). Then today I used it in purple heart, milling a 3.9" diameter x 0.35" deep pocket that will hold a phone charging pad, and again with very good results. Note: I tend to use conservative feed and speed values ... in this latter case I used about 15000 rpm, 40 ipm, 0.05" depth per pass ... I could definitely have gone faster, but it's not worth it to me to save a few minutes and risk having issues.
