This fluted handrail router bit features a 1-1/2" cutting height and a 5/16" cutting depth. The overall length is 3-7/16" with a 1/2" shank. This bit can used on stock as small as 2" and the included ball-bearing guide allows you to route curved railings as well.

Got this set 10 months ago...have made 7 - 8 picture frames so far, and they've worked very well...much easier than doing multi cuts with different bits...the only critique is that the wood case they came in was super cheap / with a poor clasp...I replaced it with an aluminum case.
